Review process

How applications are evaluated

All applications go through a structured, transparent review process conducted by UNIED's independent technical assessment panel.

Submission & initial screening

Applications are screened for completeness and basic eligibility criteria. Incomplete applications will not proceed to the next stage.

Technical & financial evaluation

Shortlisted applications are assessed by sector specialists on technical merit, financial viability, and alignment with UNIED's strategic priorities.

Due diligence & verification

Selected applicants undergo due diligence, including verification of organizational credentials, financial management capacity, and project feasibility.

Approval & onboarding

Approved applicants are notified and proceed to the onboarding process, including grant agreement signing, compliance training, and first disbursement.
